The Jackson High School Key Club attended its annual District Convention in Portland. The district consists of over 11,000 members in 280+ clubs spanning Alaska, British Columbia, Washington, Oregon, Northern California and Idaho. This was an opportunity for students to learn and showcase leadership skills and a desire for service. JHS Key Club cleaned house with their awards, receiving more than any other school in the district.
JHS received the following awards:
1- Best Traditional Scrapbook
2- Best Non-Traditional Scrapbook
3- Best Club Poster
4- Outstanding Webmaster
5- Outstanding Bulletin Editor
6- Platinum District Project Service Award- We have over 5000 volunteer hours as a club this year!
7- Best Club Website
The JHS Key Club has over 300 members.
